铝合金支架压铸模浇注系统的改进设计
摘要
通过对支架压铸件的结构分析
发现其易出现型芯孔拉伤及高度尺寸胀大的现象
原因在于原模具的浇口设计不当所致。为此
针对产品的结构特点
将原来的侧浇口改为中心浇口。结果表明
模具在采用中心浇口后产品的上述问题得到了彻底解决。随后又应用铍铜的间接冷却技术
解决了采用中心浇口后出现的小分流锥难于冷却的问题。
Abstract
Through analyzing the structure characteristics of bracket
the irrational gating design in the gating system is responsible for the defects of core soldering and size over-tolerance easily occurred in the bracket.Based on the analysis
the center gating was designed in gating system design substituted for side gating design.The results reveal that the problems above mentioned are eliminated completely through adopting the modified gating system.And then
through applying beryllium copper cooling
the problems in difficult to cool small sprue spreader are solved in adopting center gating design.
