and the exhausted block was set.The angle pin and plate type core pulling mechanism was considered.The distance of cooling channel center line and the cavity surface is 1

times of the cooling channel diameter.Gating system meet the requirement of the sequential solidification principle
and the parts can be feed smoothly during solidification
avoiding the shrinkage porosity(holes).
