铝合金导体金属型低压连串铸造工艺
摘要
采用金属型低压连串铸造工艺方法生产铝合金导体
按垂直分型和水平分型两种方案进行了试验
并进行了对比分析。两种方案均为一模8件
与常规一模两件的金属型低压铸造工艺相比
铸件品质更为优良
生产效率更高
成本也更低。两种方案各有特点:水平分型方案无需左右开模(或抽芯)机构就可以完成整个生产过程
但每一个件上部必须有排气孔或顶料杆
以防止铸件顶部发生卷气和浇不足现象。垂直分型方案无需带上模的机构
就可以完成整个生产过程
且可以通过分型面排气
因而不会发生卷气和浇不足现象。
Abstract
Two schemes of the metal mold low pressure series casting method for producing aluminum alloy conductor were analyzed comparatively.Two schemes adopted one mould-multi parts.Compared with one mould-two parts in metal mold low pressure casting
casting quality is more desirable with higher production efficiency and lower cost.Horizontal parting scheme can complete the entire production process under condition of absence of core pulling mechanism
however
each piece must set a vent or the upper ejector rod to prevent the occurrence of casting top pocket and misrun.Vertical type scheme can complete the whole production process under condition of absence of mechanism with upper mold
and the misrun and top pocket can be eliminated as a result of exhaustion from parting face.
