铝合金叶轮铸造工艺优化设计
摘要
铝合金叶轮铸件厚薄不均、结构复杂
在铸件内部易于产生微观缩松。结合实际生产条件
对铝合金叶轮铸件原工艺进行了充型凝固过程模拟
通过对流动形态、凝固顺序及缩松、缩孔缺陷的分析
并与实际铸件进行对比
得到了原工艺缺陷产生的原因。在此基础上
利用华铸CAE软件对铝合金叶轮铸件进行了工艺优化分析
获得了较优的工艺方案
并进行了实际浇注验证。结果表明
优化工艺后
有效减少直至消除了铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷。
Abstract
Microscopic shrinkage is easy to generate in the aluminum alloy impeller as a result of uneven thickness and complicated design structure.Combining with the actual production conditions
filling and solidification process of initial design for aluminum alloy impeller were simulated.Through analyzing flow morphology
the solidification sequence and shrinkage porosities
and comparing with actual produced impeller
origination of defects in the original process was presented.Based on the above mentioned results
using InteCAST software
casting process optimization for aluminum alloy impeller was conducted
and a optimized design was presented.The actual impeller was produced to verify the availability of the simulated results.The results show that the optimized design can reduce effectively the shrinkage porosity(choles)in the castings.
