Through comparing different measurement methods to bonding strength of copper-aluminum composites
a new stripping device for measuring bonding strength of composite laminate on the tensile tester with 90°stripping direction was designed.The structure characteristics of device was analyzed
and testing stability and measurement error of the device were examined.The results show that the device has the features of simple structure
low requirement for sample preparation and easy to use as well as desirable results reproducibility.Based on comparing peel strength measurements of six groups samples at 300℃for 4h
the result reproducibility is satisfied.The measurement error is 3.1%for peeling force measurement through measuring peeling strength of the samples at 250 ℃for 12h
