摘要

研究了微量Cr和脉冲磁场对Al-5.3Fe合金凝固组织和高温力学性能的影响。结果表明

在Al-5.3Fe合金中单独添加微量（0.3%）Cr

初生Al3Fe相由粗大的板片状或长针状转变为较大的花朵状。电压在0

50V范围内

随放电电压的增加

添加0.3%的Cr的Al-5.3Fe合金凝固组织逐步细化

初生Al3Fe相由较大的花朵状逐渐变为细小的颗粒状。在微量Cr和脉冲磁场共同作用下

Al-5.3Fe合金高温抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到了147.5MPa和1.85%

比未经任何处理的Al-5.3Fe合金

分别提高了48.4%和172.1%。

Abstract

Effects of pulsed magnetic field（PMF）and trace Cr on microstructure and high temperature mechanical properties of Al-5.3Fe alloy were investigated.The results show that with 0.3% Cr addition

primary Al3Fe compound is transformed from coarse bulky structure or long acicular structure into rosette ones.With the increase of discharging voltage in range of 0

50V

average size of primary Al3Fe particles in the alloy contained 0.3% Cr is further decreased

where rosette-like primary Al3Fe phase is converted into fine particular structure.At 300 ℃

the tensile strength and elongation of Al-5.3Fe alloy contained 0.3% Cr under PMF reach up to 147.5MPa and 1.85%

respectively

increased by 48.4%and 172.1%

respectively

compared with those of the alloy without PMF treatment.
