摘要

汽车节温器是汽车发动机的关键部件

气密性要求高。通过对汽车节温器进行数值模拟分析

确定采用真空压铸工艺以减少产品的气孔缺陷。结合压实销技术对凝固的补缩过程施加控制以减少缩孔、缩松等缺陷

压铸产品的废品率从8.07%降低到0.90%。针对节温器的总成生产

对后续的机加工、装配、检测等环节进行了优化

满足了节温器的高气密性要求。

Abstract

Thermostat as a key part of automobile engine requires very high air tightness.The HPDC process of automobile thermostat was simulated

and the vacuum die-casting process was adopted to reduce the gas porosity.In order to reduce shrinkage porosity

the solidification and feeding process were controlled by the compact pin.The defective rate of castings can be reduced from 8.07%to 0.90%finally.According to the manufacturing process of thermostat assembly

the subsequent machining

assembly

detection were described

and countermeasures were presented.
