获得了界面传热系数峰值与挤压力的关系。利用反算求解的界面传热系数作为边界条件
计算了挤压铸造过程铸件中心温度
使用温度测量结果验证了反算结果的准确性。
Abstract
Interfacial heat transfer coefficient(IHTC)during squeeze casting was calculated by measuring temperature near casting/mold interface based on non-linear estimation method combining with inverse calculation method
and effects of applied pressure on interfacial heat transfer were investigated.The results show that the peak values of IHTC are greatly increased with increasing in applied pressures
and the relationship between the peak values of IHTC and pressures is presented.By using the IHTC results as boundary condition
central temperatures of squeezing castings were calculated.The measured central temperatures of castings were obtained
