半固态压铸过共晶铝硅合金的组织与性能
摘要
通过连铸技术以及二次感应加热技术制备过共晶铝硅合金半固态坯料
将半固态坯料压铸成形
获得半固态压铸试样。之后对试样进行T6热处理
并对热处理后的组织和性能进行分析。结果表明
半固态压铸过共晶铝硅合金与原过共晶铝硅合金相比
硬度提高了24%
抗拉强度提高了24%
伸长率提高了70%
磨损率降低了11%。
Abstract
Hypereutectic Al-Si alloy semi-solid billet was prepared based on continuous casting and secondary induction heating technology
and then it was formed by die casting.The microstructure and properties of the samples prepared were analyzed
and T6 heat treatment was conducted based on optimizing parameters to understand effects on microstructure and properties of the semi-solid samples.The results reveal that compared with those of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy
hardness
tensile strength and elongation of semi-solid die casting hypereutectic alloy are increased by 24%
