摘要

利用镦粗、锻造拔长、冷轧3种不同预变形方式的SIMA法制备ZCuSn10铜合金半固态坯料

对3种不同预变形方式的ZCuSn10铜合金在重熔处理过程中的微观组织进行了研究。结果表明

采用锻造拔长、冷轧为预变形的SIMA法制备出的半固态坯料在900℃保温15min能够得到组织均匀性好

晶粒圆整度高的半固态坯料

平均晶粒直径在40～70μm之间。锻造拔长制备的半固态坯料液相析出速度和球化速度较快

冷轧制备的半固态坯料等温重熔平均晶粒直径较小。

Abstract

Semi-solid ZCuSn10 copper alloy billets were fabricated by strain induced melt activated method such as upsetting

forging stretching

cold rolling pre-deformation methods.The microstructure of semi-solid ZCuSn10 copper alloy billets prepared by three different pre-deformation methods was observed during remelting process.The results indicate that the semi-solid microstructure prepared by forging stretching and cold rolling exhibits desirable uniformity and spheroidization degree with an average grain size between 40～70 μm with remelting at 900 ℃for 15 min.The liquid deposition rate and spheroidization velocity of semi-solid billet prepared by forging stretching is faster

and the grain diameter of semi-solid billet prepared by cold-rolling is small.
