介绍了一种新型的复合精铸工艺
研究了EPS(可发性聚苯乙烯)模样制作与表面光洁化处理和制壳等相关工艺技术
解决了EPS模样表面品质差、模样收缩变形、制壳涂挂性差、型壳焙烧破损等技术问题
实现了EPS模复合精铸技术在汽车低合金复杂碳钢件中的生产应用。结果表明
与低温蜡模料熔模铸造工艺对比
制模效率提高2倍以上
制壳模组总质量减少一半
免脱蜡
铸件尺寸精度达到CT6级
表面粗糙度达到Ra6.3mm
满足汽车铸件品质要求。
Abstract
A new composite investment casting technique was described
and the related processes including EPS pattern making
surface smoothing disposal and shell-making
were analyzed systematically.It is solved for the following technical problems including low surface quality
pattern contraction distortion
poor shell-making coating property and shells burning failure for EPS pattern.The EPS investment casting was applied successfully in volume-production of complicated automobile lower alloy carbon steel components.Compared with the low temperature wax process
it shows advantages as follows:the pattern-making efficiency increased by 2times
total shell weight decreased by 50%
and dewaxing-free process as well as the dimension precision degree reaching CT6with surface quality of Ra6.3.
