magnetron sputter ion plating)were introduced.Influences of different composite technology on microstructure
mechanical properties
corrosion resistance of the composite membrane layer were expounded.Through direct composite treatment
different particles added takes as a part of the composite membrane layer through directly joining the reaction process
affecting the microstructure and morphology of the composite membrane layer to some extent
and besides of improving compactness by decreasing porosity and micro-crack of the membrane layer
the corrosion resistance and wear resistance are improved.Secondary composite treatment can increase the corrosion resistance and decrease the mechanical properties.
