7075铝合金流变挤压铸造研究
摘要
通过对7075铝合金熔体进行环缝式电磁搅拌处理
获得具有均匀温度场和成分场的浆料
并采用挤压铸造方式成形
分析了铸件的金相组织
采用ProCAST软件对充型过程进行数值模拟。结果表明
环缝式电磁搅拌处理后的铝合金熔体
凝固过程中的枝晶生长被抑制
铸态组织细化;流变挤压铸造成形件组织致密
减少了热裂、缩松等缺陷的产生。
Abstract
Through annulus electromagnetic stirring(A-EMS)for 7075 aluminum alloy
the slurry with homogeneous temperature field and composition field was prepared to form specimens by rheo-squeeze casting.Microstructure of the specimens prepared was observed.Meanwhile
the filling process was simulated by the ProCAST software.The result shows that the dendritic growth in aluminum alloy after A-EMS is restrained during solidification process
leading to the refinement of the as-cast grain.The specimens formed by rheo-squeeze casting process exhibits sound structure with few casting defects such as hot crack and shrinkage porosity.
