减少缩松、缩孔倾向
获得质量优良的压铸件。
Abstract
In order to obtain the reasonable design of gating system
effects of two kinds of gating systems during filling and solidification on the quality of magnesium alloy radiator were simulated by the Flow-3D software.The results reveal that liquid metal in the gating system with T-shaped runner can be brought out a buffer
and the gating system with T-shaped runner is helpful to pressure transfer due to the last solidification of gating system
which is beneficial for filling completely and reducing the tendency of shrinkage cavity as well as improving the quality of the casting.
