Al2O3基陶瓷导丝器材料的烧结工艺研究
摘要
依据陶瓷材料烧结时相对密度变化模型和晶粒变化模型
确定了Al2O3陶瓷材料的烧结温度和保温时间
制定了烧结工艺
从而得出Al2O3陶瓷材料的最佳烧结工艺。试验证明
配方为Al2O3+0.2%的MgO+0.4%的SiO2
成型压力为200MPa
从550℃升温到1 000℃
时间设定为12min
1 000℃到最高烧结温度升温速度设定为2℃/min
1 600℃保温2h
获得材料的微观组织最佳
力学性能最好。
Abstract
According to the relative density change models of sintered ceramic material and grain variation model
sintering temperature and holding time of Al2O3ceramics were identified
and sintering process was presented to determine the optimized parameters.Maximum sintering temperature and holding time are the important factors affecting the performance of sintered composites.The results show that with Al2 O3 +0.2%MgO+0.4%SiO2
molding pressure of 200MPa
and heating from 550℃to 1 000℃for 12min
and then from 1 000℃to maximum sintering temperature with heating rate of 2℃/min as well as at holding temperature 1 600℃for 2hours
ceramic filar guide exhibits desirable microstructure with excellent mechanical properties.
