介绍了Al-Mg合金压铸涂料的特点、原材料选择、涂料配方设计及制备工艺。采用通用耐火骨料、载液、悬浮稳定剂、粘结剂、分散剂及其他配料

按一定配比

加入容器中

用高速剪切机分散1h

制备得到耐高温涂料。将分散均匀的涂料与水按照1∶50的比例稀释后

加入到高压涂料喷枪

震荡后制成可现场使用的压铸涂料。该涂料具有良好的悬浮性、涂覆性、润滑性和附着强度

可以延长模具使用寿命

缩短生产周期。

Abstract

The characteristics

selection of raw materials

contituent design and preparation process of die casting coating for aluminum-magnesium alloy were described.A kind of high temperature resistance coating was fabricated sucessfully using commercial refractory aggregate

carrier liquid

suspension stabilizers

binder

dispersant and other additives according to a certain proportion to add into a container with shearing for 1hour.The dispersedly uniform coating was diluted in the water with ratio of 1to 50

and then added into a high pressure coating sprayer to fabricate the working coating after vibration.The coating has good suspension

paintability

lubrication and adhesive strength

which can increase service life

shorten production cycle
