通过对轮毂结构、挤压铸造特点的分析
设计了轮毂铸件毛坯
包括浇注、排气、溢流系统等
模拟了轮毂的充型及凝固过程
在此基础上进行了模具设计
并用该套模具进行了生产试验。结果表明
该套模具排气、溢流效果良好
铸件充填完整
经切片检查关键部位无缩孔、缩松、气孔等缺陷
经X射线检测
铸件品质优于ASTM E155的一级标准。
Through analyzing structure characteristics of squeeze-casting aluminum alloy wheel
wheel mould was designed
including pouring and exhausting system as well as overflow system.Filling and solidification process of aluminum alloy wheel were simulated
and based on the simulated result
mould design was modified.Meanwhile
product trial was carried out with the modified mould.The results show that mould structure design is reasonable
in which exhausting and overflow system exhibit desirable.Qualified wheel without shrinkage porosity(holes)
gas holes can be observed in the slice analysis.X-ray shows that the wheel quality is superior to I grade ASTM E155.
