薄壁铝合金铸件铸造工艺设计及优化
摘要
对薄壁铝合金铸件进行了金属型铸造工艺设计
并通过数值模拟充型流场、温度场以及缩孔、缩松预测
对薄壁铝合金铸件金属型铸造工艺方案进行了优化设计。模拟结果表明
优化后的铸造工艺方案充型流态平稳
温度场分布均匀且预测的缩孔、缩松未分布在铸件上。通过合理使用铜基冷铁可以有效地优化温度场
从而降低铸件出现缩孔、缩松的机率。
Abstract
The metal mold casting process for thin-walled Al alloy shell was designed.The filling flow
temperature field and shrinkage porosity(holes)of metal mold casting thin-walled aluminum alloy shell were simulated to optimize the casting process.The simulation results show that the filling flow exhibits stable with uniform temperature distribution
and the predictable shrinkage cavities and porosity are not observel in the casting.The simulated result indicates that the optimized casting process for thin-walled Al alloy shell is reasonable.Through the rational use of copper-based cold iron to optimize effectively the temperature distribution
the possible shrinkage porosity(holes)in the shell can be reduced or eliminated.
