2124铝合金热变形的流变行为研究
摘要
研究了2124铝合金在等温热压缩变形过程中的流变行为
利用双曲正弦关系式描述了该合金在热变形过程中的流变应力-应变规律
并基于动态材料模型构建了合金的热加工图。结果表明
该合金在热压缩变形过程中存在稳态流变特征
且稳态流变应力随变形温度升高而减小
随应变速率增大而增大。随着变形应变量的增加
流变失稳区面积增加。该合金适宜的变形温度为460

Abstract
The rheological behavior of 2124aluminum alloy during isothermal compression processes was analyzed.The flow stress-strain relationship was described by hyperbolic sine constitutive equation.Based on dynamic material model
processing maps were constructed.The results show that compression process is characterized by steady-state flow.The flow stress is decreased with the increase of deformation temperature or increased with the increase of strain rate.The processing maps show that flow instability area become larger with the deformation increase.The optimum processing parameters for the alloy are presented as follows:deformation temperature at 460
