摘要

进行了SiCp为10μm和150μm增强A356铝基复合材料的搅拌制备及75MPa下的挤压铸造

研究了颗粒尺寸对挤压铸造复合材料微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明

挤压铸造SiCp/A356铸件内部缺陷少、致密度高

颗粒团聚倾向小;铸态下

SiCp为10μm的10SiCp/A356复合材料的抗拉强度、硬度和伸长率均高于SiCp为150μm的10SiCp/A356的。T6热处理后

两者的力学性能均得到显著提高

SiCp为150μm的抗拉强度和硬度高于SiCp为10μm的。

Abstract

10%SiCP with 10μm and 150μm in size reinforced A356metalmatrix composites were fabricated by stirring casting and then direct squeeze casting process under 75MPa.Effects of particle size on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the castings were investigated.The results show that compared to 10μm SiCp/A356composites

squeezing casting 150μm SiCp/A356composites exhibit less internal defects and higher density as well as lower tendency of particle cluster.The as-cast tensile strength

hardness and elongation of 10μm SiCp/A356composites are superior to those of 150μm SiCp/A356composites.After T6heat treatment

the mechanical properties of both 150μm SiCp/A356and 10μm SiCp/A356composites are increased greatly

however

tensile strength and hardness of 150μm SiCp/A356composites are higher than those of 10μm SiCp/A356composites.
