工艺参数对离心铸件组织的影响

建立了42CrMo环件铸坯的有限元模型
并对大型轴承环件的离心铸造工艺过程进行了数值模拟
以了解工艺参数对环件铸坯微观组织的影响。结果表明
浇注温度对晶粒尺寸的影响最大
铸型转速值的变化对铸坯微观组织影响较小
传热系数从1 000增加到2 000W/(K·m2)时
晶粒尺寸减少的速度较快。
Abstract
The finite element model of 42CrMo ring slab was established based on the ProCAST software to simulate centrifugal casting process for large bearing ring.Effects of processing parameters on the microstructure of the ring slab were analyzed.The results show that the pouring temperature is dominant in controlling grain size.However
effects of centrifugal rotating velocity on the microstructure of 42CrMo slab can be ignored.With heat transfer coefficient increased from 1 000 W/(K·m2)to 2 000 W/(K·m2)
grain size of the casting slab is decreased rapidly.
