对以氨基磺酸盐为主盐的镍钴合金精密电铸工艺条件进行了研究。选用置于钛篮中的含硫高纯镍为阳极
经过表面除油处理和导电化处理的芯模为阴极
测试了电铸条件对镍钴合金电铸层的内应力、组成、硬度、抗拉强度等对电铸效果的影响。结果表明
当Ni 2+浓度为72g·L-1
平均脉冲电流密度为8A·dm-2
Co2+浓度为10g·L-1时
所得到的电铸件性能最佳。
Abstract
The precision electroforming process for the Ni-Co alloy in sulfamate system was investigated.The sulfur-containing high purity nickel in titanium blue was selected as anode and the core-die was selected as cathode which was treated by oil removal and electrochemical treatment.Effects of process conditions on electroforming layer were tested
such as the internal stress
composition
hardness
and tensile strength of the Ni-Co alloy electroformed deposit.The results show that
with the concentration of Ni2+ of 72g·L-1
average current density of 8A·dm-2
Co2+ concentration of 10g·L-1
the electroformed deposit exhibits the best performance.
