介绍了一种基于成组技术的立式离心机铸型模版化设计方法——对铸型系列数N进行确定
根据同比递增法计算出系列铸型的分档尺寸;对铸型形状按相似性准则分类编组
形成6种模版图样。在铸型模版中设置N档系列的尺寸体系
保证了铸型设计尺寸的完整性。在铸型模版中还设置了其余技术要素和细节
此外
若需形成图纸
还可在模版中设置标题栏及进行版面布置。模版完成了90%以上的铸型设计工作量
只需输入特征尺寸等信息
便可完成铸型的设计
使设计效率得到极大提高。
Abstract
A method of designing vertical centrifuge casting template based on group technology was described
where series number N for the mold was determined
and according to an incremental method
the series mold tranche dimension was calculated.Meanwhile
the molds were classified according to similarity criterion to construct 6 kinds of template patterns.The dimension of the N gear series system was designed in mold template to ensure the integrity of the dimension of the mold design.The remaining technical elements and details are also arranged in the mould template.In addition
if need to form drawing
