摘要

研究了交叉轧制、异步轧制和异步交叉轧制对AZ31镁合金板材显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明

改变轧制工艺可以有效地控制板材的显微组织和基面织构

从而改善合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能。异步交叉轧制过程中剪切作用方向发生变化

板材基面织构强度下降而晶粒细化能力增强

从而使异步交叉轧制板材的力学性能和耐蚀性能明显优于交叉轧制和异步轧制板材。

Abstract

The effects of different rolling rouths including cross rolling（CR）

differential speed rolling（DSR） and differential speed cross rolling（DSCR） on microstructure

mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy can be improved significantly as a result of controlling microstructure and basic texture by changing rolling rouths.Significant grain refinement and lower texture intensity can be obtained during DSCR as a result of the direction change of shear deformation

which consequently results in the higher mechanical properties and corrosion resistance than those of CRed and DSRed sheets.
