摘要

CSP连铸机与常规厚板坯连铸机相比

其结晶器铜板更容易出现表面划伤

而严重的表面划伤将会影响到铸坯的表面质量

甚至发生漏钢等生产事故。主要分析了CSP连铸过程中结晶器窄面铜板表面划伤的原因。通过改进窄面铜板的结构

增加冷却孔的数量

改善了结晶器铜板的冷却效果

彻底解决了铜板表面划伤问题

消除了连铸过程中漏钢的发生。

Abstract

Compared with conventional slab caster machine

surface scratch more easily occurs on the mould of CSP caster from Jiuquan iron & steel group

and serious scratch on the surface can affect surface quality of the slab directly

and even led to production accidents

such as steel- leakage

etc. The reasons of surface scratch on copper plate at narrow face of mould were analyzed . By improving the structure of copper plates at narrow-face and increasing the number of cooling holes

cooling effects of cooper plates in mould were improved

and surface scratch of copper plates was eliminated completely. Finally

steel-leakage accidents were prevented in CSP caster.
