摘要

长孔、窄槽类熔模铸件由于孔长、槽窄而不易上涂料和撒砂

浇注时孔、槽内易跑火

并有缩松缺陷出现

经过生产实践摸索出浸浆法、长孔内插木条法、型壳局部保温法、陶瓷型芯法、自硬型芯法等

基本上解决了这些问题

且工艺简便

具有较强的可操作性。

Abstract

Run-out and dispersed shrinkage defects often occur in investment castings with the long hole and narrow groove because of difficulty in coating and stuccoing operation for long hole and narrow groove. Some ways were presented including dipping slurry

inserting the batten in the long hole

keeping temperature in the partial shell

the ceramic core and the self-hardening core

which could eliminate effectively the problems in a certain extent. In addition

the ways mentioned have the advantages of convenient operation.
