采用对气流加热从而影响金属雾化的方法来提高雾化效果。结果表明
通过加热雾化气流可以有效减小晶粒的尺寸

并对加热效果进行了模拟。结果表明
随着气流的流动
气体温度、速度均提高
在管道末端的气体速度、温度之间近似符合关系式:V=0.32T+155.4。
Abstract
Aiming at the low efficiency of atomizer
gas flow was heated to improve atomization effects of liquid metal. The results reveal that through heating atomized gas flow
grain size in the liquid metal can be decreased greatly
which shows it is a effective way to improve atomizing effects by heating gas flow. Heating apparatus was set at gas channel of gas bottle to atomizer
and heating effects were simulated. The results indicate that with increasing in flow velocity
gas temperature and gas velocity are the function of temperature of channel end:V=0.32T+155.4.
