Ce含量为0.05%的银合金晶粒较细
缩松和气孔倾向最小
硬度适中
抗电化学腐蚀、抗氧化和硫化变色性能最优
综合性能优良;Ce含量超过0.075%后
合金组织出现第二相
晶界偏析和缩松倾向增大
冷加工、抗电化学腐蚀、抗氧化和硫化变色性能恶化。
Abstract
Effects of Ce on microstructure and properties of as-cast
cold working
anti-electrochemical corrosion
anti-tarnishing of sulfuration and anti-oxidation of 925Ag silvers were investigated by means of optical microscopy
hardness testing
potentiadynarnic polarization
SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and color analysis. The results show that with 0.05% Ce addition
compact and fine grain structure in 925Ag alloys can be observed with the proper hardness and the minimum shrinkage porosity (holes)
and the desirable anti-electrochemical corrosion
anti-tarnishing and anti-oxidation performance can be obtained in the alloy. When adding more than 0.075% Ce
the cold working performance and properties of anti-electrochemical corrosion as well as anti-tarnishing are deteriorated as a result of the more occurrence of second phase
grain boundary segregation and the increase of shrinkage porosities.
