摘要

对V法铸造车间粉尘浓度进行测定

采用了合理自动喷雾降尘系统

整套系统包括自动控制系统和喷雾执行系统

在粉尘浓度传感器的基础上实现了浓度限值时的自动喷雾降尘作业。通过测量喷雾前后车间空气悬浮粉尘的浓度显示

喷雾可以使得V法铸造车间的粉尘浓度由原来的6.03mg/m3下降到1.5mg/m3。

Abstract

An automatic spray dedusting system for reducing the air dust in V-process casting workshops was developed. The system consists of automatic control system module and the spray operation module. Based on dust sensor

the whole system could realize the automatic spray when the dust concentration comes to its limit. The results show that the spray system can reduce the concentration of air dust in V-process casting workshops significantly by measuring before and after the concentration of air dust.
