摘要

采用添加混合稀土对再生铝合金ADC12进行变质

讨论了混合稀土La和Ce对再生铝合金ADC12组织的影响。通过金相组织观察、XRD测试、DSC测试等研究稀土元素对合金的变质效果以及变质机理。试验结果表明

稀土元素变质能大大降低再生铝合金ADC12的气孔率以及α-Al和Si相尺寸。添加0.3%的稀土元素时

其平均二次枝晶臂间距为17.9μm

共晶Si的平均长度为12.4μm。该混合稀土元素添加量对合金组织的变质效果比较理想。

Abstract

Effects of mixed rare earth La and Ce modification on microstructure of the recycled ADC12 alloy were observed with the different mixed rare earth addition by OM（optical microscope）and XRD（X-ray diffraction）and DSC.The modification effects and mechanism of the mixed RE on the recycled ADC12 alloy were described.The results indicate that the rare earth modification can greatly drop the porosity and size of α-Al as well as silicon phase in the recycled ADC12 alloy.With the addition of 0.3%

the average SDAS（secondary dendritic arm space）and average size of eutectic Si phase are reduced to only 17.9 μm and to 12.4 μm

respectively

exhibiting the desirable modification effects.
