摘要

采用光学显微镜（OM）、X射线衍射仪（XRD）、扫描电镜（SEM）、压缩及硬度试验

研究了低压脉冲磁场对Mg-Gd-Zn和Mg-Gd-Zn-Zr合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明

当脉冲磁场频率为10Hz时

Mg-2Gd-1Zn合金初生相基本上为近球状或蔷薇状

细化效果最显著。随着脉冲磁场频率的增加

Mg-2Gd-1Zn合金强度、伸长率以及硬度都呈现先增大后减小的趋势

当频率为10Hz时Mg-2Gd-1Zn合金的抗压强度、屈服强度和伸长率达到最大值

分别为326MPa、129MPa和13.8%

硬度（HV）为83;Mg-2Gd-1Zn-0.18Zr合金的抗压强度、屈服强度和伸长率也分别提高至405MPa、174MPa和15%

硬度（HV）为87。

Abstract

Effects of pulsed magnetic field on as-cast microstructures and mechanical properties of Mg-Gd-Zn and Mg-Gd-Zn-Zr alloy were investigated by optical microscope（OM）

X-ray diffraction（XRD）

scanning electron microscopy（SEM）

hardness testing and compressive testing machine.The results show that the morphology of the primary phase is converted into spherical or rossetes crystal with the pulsed magnetic field of 10 Hz

obtaining the most desirable refinement effect.With the vibration frequency of 10 Hz

the Vickers hardness

elongation

yield strength and compressive strength of Mg-2Gd-1Zn alloys and Mg-2Gd-1Zn-0.18Zr alloy reach to maximum value of 83 Hv、13.8%、129 MPa、326 MPa and 87 Hv、15%、174 MPa、405 MPa

respectively.
