Abstract
The surface residual stress relaxations of the shot-peened 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy specimens under thermal loading
force load and coupled thermal-force load were determined by X-ray diffraction technology.Moreover
mechanism and pattern of the stress relaxation under different thermal-force loading paths were discussed.The results show that different loading paths can cause equivalent residual stress relief by influencing the same microscopic dynamic and static mechanic characteristics.
