薄壁盘类件流变挤压铸造组织与性能分析

对薄壁盘类件进行了流变挤压铸造成形研究。采用低温剪切浇注方式制备半固态浆料(LSPSF)
并在2000kN立式油压机上对半固态浆料进行流变挤压铸造成形
分析了流变挤压铸件的微观组织和性能。结果表明
在模具温度为200℃左右
浇注温度为600~620℃
恒定比压为25MPa时
流变挤压铸造成形薄壁盘类件
其微观晶粒细小
无枝晶产生
平均抗拉强度和伸长率分别为182.5MPa和12.13%
最高伸长率达到17.80%。
Abstract
Rheo-squeezing casting thin-walled disc parts have been carried out in special mould.Semi-solid slurry was produced by low superheat pouring with a shear field(LSPSF)technology
and then rheo-squeeze casting semi-solid slurry prepared was carried out on the 2 000 kN vertical oil-pressing machine.Microstructure and properties of rheo-squeezed casting parts were investigated.The results indicate that the fine and non-dendritic grain in thin-walled parts can be observed by rheo-squeeze casting at a constant pressure of 25 MPa with the mould temperature of 200 ℃ and pouring temperature of 600

and the average tensile strength elongation and maximum elongation reach 182.5 MPa
