研究了搅拌速度、搅拌时间对复合材料孔隙率和颗粒分布的影响。针对搅拌铸造工艺加入增强体含量有限的缺陷
研究了一种制备高SiCp含量AZ31镁基复合材料的分级搅拌工艺。结果表明
分级搅拌工艺制备的复合材料SiCp含量为25%
颗粒分布标准偏差小于0.1。
Abstract
The SiCp/AZ31 composites were prepared by stirring casting
and effects of stirring speed and stirring time on porosity and particle distribution in the composites prepared was investigated. The experimental results show that the process parameters
such as stirring speed
stirring time
have a marked influence on the distribution of SiCp in MMC. A method called graded stirring is proposed to overcome the low reinforcement content. Magnesium matrix composites containing 25%SiC particles with standard distribution error lower than 0.1 can be prepared successfully by the graded stirring process.
