加热功率密度对消失模模样微波干燥效果的影响

以失重率、收缩率和感官评价为指标
对比分析了在不同功率密度下消失模的微波干燥特性。结果表明
同一功率密度下
失重率开始随时间递增
而后趋于稳定;不同功率密度下
干燥速率随功率密度的增加而增大
但更容易出现涂层开裂、泡沫熔化等缺陷
失重率和时间的关系满足类抛物线曲线;经最小二乘法回归分析失重率与时间、功率密度的关系
得出了最合适的功率密度范围为26.0~30.5W·L-1。
Abstract
By investigating weight loss rate
shrinkage and sensory evaluation
the microwave drying behaviors of foam pattern were analyzed under different heating power densities.The results show that with the increase of heating time
weight loss rate is increased gradually to be stable at a given power density.In addition
drying rate is increased with the increase of power density
which results in the more easy formation of defects including coating crack and pattern melt.The relationship between weight loss rate and power density follows parabolic characteristics.Based on the regression analysis of least square method
the suitable power density is presented in ranged from 26to 30.5W/L after comprehensive analysis.
