基于分段法的压铸模具热机耦合分析
摘要
通过对某厂使用的压铸模具进行温度场的数值模拟试验
寻找出影响模具温度场变化的主要工艺参数
并把压铸过程分成压铸-凝固、开模-取件、喷涂-合模、合模-下次压铸4个阶段
进行热应力和机械应力的耦合数值模拟试验。选取不同截面上的不同区域进行应力变化分析
找出了在不同工艺参数下的应力变化规律
为模具寿命预测提供了参考。
Abstract
Although there are many factors influencing die-casting die failure
thermal stress and mechanical stress subjected in working process are main responsible for the failure.The temperature field of a die casting die from a factory was simulated to understand the key parameters influencing temperature field changes in mould.The die-casting process was divided into four stages:die casting-solidification
open mold-pick up
spraying-clamping
clamping-next die-casting
and coupling numerical simulation for thermal stress and mechanical stress was conducted.Through analyzing stress changes at different area from different cross-sections
stress change mechanism was presented at different processing parameters
providing a data reference to predicting service life of mould.
