阐述了HPb59-1铅黄铜阀体坯件的结构和成分
分析了坯件在热冲压过程中裂纹产生的原因及预防措施。并针对温控阀的结构特点
选择渗透检测法对阀体裂纹进行检测
通过色差渗透和荧光渗透分别对阀体裂纹进行抽样检测和批量检测。试验表明
色差检测效果良好
为阀体生产企业提供了参考。
Abstract
The structure and composition of the HPb59-1 lead-brass valve blank were expounded
and the origination of crack in the valve blank during hot stamping process was analyzed. Meanwhile
some preventive measures were presented. Based on the structure characteristics of temperature-control valve
the penetration method was determined to detect crack in the valve body samples and batch by color penetration and fluorescence penetration. The practical application shows that the color penetration exhibits desirable detecting effects
