CAE模拟在水龙头手柄压铸模设计中的应用
摘要
针对传统压铸模具浇注系统设计采用试错法存在的缺陷
提出利用ProCAST软件的铸造模拟技术对水龙头手柄压铸模进行设计。通过数值模拟
先确定内浇道合理位置
再进行浇注系统详细设计及模具设计。避免了浇注系统对铸件成型过程的不利影响、提高了铸件质量
缩短了模具制造周期。
Abstract
Aimed at disadvantages of trial and error in traditional die-casting die gating system design
the ProCAST software was used to guide the design of die casting die for faucet handle. Through visualization analysis
reasonable ingate location was determined firstly
and then design of gating system and mould was conducted. Based on above design
the effects of gating system on filling process of faucet handle were eliminated
improving casting quality and shortening the manufacturing period of mould.
