The structural characteristics and technological requirement of small stainless steel CF8 parts were analyzed.Through analyzing technological features of shell-making and core-making for investment parts with various blind holes and narrow-long slot and theirs applicable conditions

special technological design was presented

and mechanical cold-straightening was used.Combining with special tool-equipment and tool-safety measures

the chemical compositions were determined.Through the above measures

the difficulty of shell-making for narrow-long slot in the investment parts was overcame effectively

realizing the production of special narrow-long slot in the parts with simplified technology.Meanwhile

the production exhibits stable reliability with desirable quality of production-volumetric parts.
