摘要

采用自制功率超声双声场装置制备A356半固态浆料

在YB32-200四柱液压机上进行流变挤压铸造成形

研究了625、615、605℃成形件T6处理前后的组织与力学性能。结果表明

T6处理原始组织中α-Al+Si共晶组织不同程度地固溶到初晶α-Al中

并在时效过程中弥散析出一些细小的强化相Mg2Si;抗拉强度与伸长率都得到了提高

其中抗拉强度在615℃时最高

达到了241.20MPa

伸长率在605℃时最大

达到了17.88%。

Abstract

The rheological die forging forming of A356 semi-solid slurry which was treated by self-developed power ultrasonic double-sound field apparatus was performed on the YB32-200 four pillars hydraulic machinery to understand microstructure and mechanical properties of the parts formed after and before T6 treatment at 625

615

605℃.The results show that the α-Al+Si eutectic phase is dissolved into primary α-Al phase

and fine Mg2Si dispersoids are generated in the alloy parts during ageing process.Tensile strength and elongation are improved

where the tensile strength reaches 241.20MPa at 615℃

and the elongation rate reaches 17.88% at 605℃.
