摘要

从涂料成分的均匀性、模具的清理、预热、温度的控制及喷涂方法入手

总结出一系列适合铝活塞铸造的涂料应用技巧和经验。结果表明

通过控制涂层厚度、涂料的稀释比

可以取得改善铸件表面质量、提高铸件尺寸精度、减少铸造缺陷、延长模具寿命的效果。

Abstract

Based on the long time use and development for gravity casting coating

a series of skills and experience of applications of coating in Al piston casting were presented including controlling thickness of coating

dilute ratio of coating

homogeneous coating constituent

cleanness and preheating of the mould and control of temperature as well as spraying ways. The results show that reasonable application of coating can improve casting surface quality and increase casting dimension precision

reducing casting defects and increasing service life of the mould.
