摘要

简单分析了国内铸造企业生产管理现状和方法

提出了一套铸件单件管理模型

该模型立足于单个铸件

实现对单个铸件从研发到生产计划、生产验收、发货及销后返修等环节的精确控制

做到时时可查看单件的作业状态及整个生产过程

克服了手工管理和批次管理的不足。基于此模型

研发出一套铸造企业单件生产管理系统

并给出了工程应用案例。

Abstract

the status and measurements of casting production management at home were described briefly

and a set of single-part management model was presented. This model could control accurately the whole process of a single casting

including the development

production plan

production acceptance check

delivery and after-sales service

and also could monitor the operational status and the entire production process of a piece so as to eliminate some defects in hand or batch management. Then

a foundry enterprise production management system was developed based on the model. Finally

a practical application case was given.
