摘要

通过对某种大型锡青铜厚壁蜗轮的离心铸造

分析了蜗轮的特性参数及缺陷的预防要点

介绍了铸型设计中的材质、型筒壁厚的选择及铸型的热平衡核算。着重讨论了离心铸造工艺参数的选择、匹配及浇注系统的设计

并对防止大型锡青铜蜗轮在立式离心铸造中产生缺陷进行了较为深入的探讨。

Abstract

Characteristic parameters of a centrifugal casting large thick-walled bronze worm wheel and preventing measures of defects were analyzed.It was introduced for material of mould design

selection of wall thickness of mould and the calculation of thermal balance of the mould.It was paid attention to selecting and matching processing parameters as well as designing gating system.The defects possible occurred in the bronze worm wheel in vertical centrifugal casting were analyzed

and countermeasures were presented.
