从原材料、热锻工艺、产品结构和模具设计、安装方法、安装规范、使用环境等多方面分析了热锻黄铜阀门的缺陷和使用过程中失效及其产生的原因

指出阀门的固有缺陷

如晶粒粗大、带状组织、疏松及偏析等是影响热锻黄铜阀门可靠性并导致其失效的主要因素

并通过黄铜阀门失效案例的分析

提出可供选择的解决方法。

Abstract

Defects of the hot-forging brass valve

its failures in the service process and forming reasons were described by analyzing raw material

hot forging process

product structure and mould design

installation ways as well as application environment

and so on.It is indicated that the inherent defects（such as coarser grain

strip structure

shrinkage porosity and segregation

and so on） of the hot-forging brass valve are responsible for the product’s reliability and failure in the service process.The alternative solution measures were put forward through analyzing failures of the hot-forging brass valves used in air-conditioner.
