消失模铸钢水基涂料添加剂的研制
摘要
以改性淀粉作为粘结剂
钠基膨润土和粉状纤维素(CMC)作为复合悬浮剂
通过正交试验确定铸钢水基消失模涂料添加剂的最佳配比
即钠基膨润土为1.5%
粉状CMC为1.5%
改性淀粉为1.2%
并进行生产验证。结果表明
以添加剂优化配比配制的消失模涂料具有良好的工艺性能
能够很好地满足实际生产需要
且成本低廉。
Abstract
The optimum proportion of a water-based coating additives
in which modified starch as binder and sodium bentonite and powdered cellulose(CMC) as composite suspension agent
for EPC steel castings was presented through orthogonal experiments
and the optimized contents of sodium bentonite powder
CMC and modified starch reach 1.5%
1.5% and 1.2%
respectively.Production experiment was conducted.The results reveal that the coating developed with a lower cost exhibits desirable performance
overcoming the existing problems in the process and meeting practical requirements.
