消除了由于铸件热节、局部型壳过厚引起的缩孔、缩松、组织不致密等缺陷
具有"冷铁效应"。同时
提出了法兰类阀体、阀盖铸件采用型壳局部淬水工艺时
法兰盘厚度(H)与阀体壁厚或流量孔壁厚(M)之比的有效值
即H:M≤3。
Abstract
Partial shell quenching process and its key points were described.Many practical products show that through adopting partial shell quenching process
shrinkage porosity(hole) and un-sound microstructure resulting from hot spot and partial over-thick shell can be eliminated by realizing uniform temperature distribution and sequential solidification
exhibiting chilling effect.Thickness of the flange to wall-thickness of valve body or wall-thickness of flow channel is less than or equal to 3 when the partial shell quenching is applied for flange valve body and valve cover.
