研究了不同时效工艺对6061变形铝合金轮毂力学性能的影响。结果表明
随时效时间增加
合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度有所提高
伸长率有所下降;并随时效时间的增加
变化幅度在下降
组织结构和性能趋于稳定;通过对显微组织的观察发现
不同时效工艺对共晶Si的状态也有一定的影响。
Abstract
Effects of different aging treatments on mechanical properties of the 6061 wrought aluminum alloy wheels were investigated.The results show that tensile strength
yield strength
hardness of the alloy wheel are increasedslightly
while elongation is decreased slightly with the increase of the aging time.Meanwhile
changes are decreased
and microstructure and properties tends to be stable.Microstructure observation shows that the morphology of eutectic Si in the alloy wheel is related with the aging time.
