摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段
研究了Mg-1Er-0.6Zr合金在铸态、挤压态和时效态的室温组织和力学性能。结果表明
在温度为300℃
挤压比为16:1时
合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为206.5MPa、78.5MPa和25%
比铸态时分别提高了28.4%、8.6%和150%。挤压后时效处理
强度稍有提高;但固溶后再时效其强度明显降低
塑性也有所降低。
Abstract
Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-1Er-0.6Zr alloys in as-cast
extruded and aged state were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM)
scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrum analysis(EDS).The results show that the tensile strength
yield strength and elongation of as-extrued Mg-1Er-0.6Zr alloy at 300 ℃ with extrusion ratio of 16 reach 206.5 MPa
78.5 MPa and 25%
respectively
improved by 28%
8% and 150%
comparing to those of the as-cast alloy.The strength of the extruded alloy after aging treatment is increased slightly
however
it is greatly decreased after solid solution with re-aging treatment
