行星轮架消失模铸造工艺优化

采用消失模铸造生产行星轮架具有诸多的优势
但其球铁材质及铸件结构原因容易产生缩孔、缩松缺陷。首先使用CAE软件对原铸造工艺进行模拟
发现铸件在关键部位产生了缩孔、缩松;其次进行了铸件试生产
解剖铸件结果验证了模拟的准确性;最后基于均衡凝固理论结合CAE
优化了铸造工艺方案
得到了合格的铸件。
Abstract
Although lost foam casting(LFC)exhibits many advantages in producing planet gear frame
there exists easily shrinkage porosity(hole) due to its ductile iron and structure features.Shrinkage porosity(hole) was visualized at the key position of the castings by simulating the initial process with the help of the CAE software.The trial-production was conducted to verify the feasibility of the simulated results.The results were accordant with the simulated ones.The casting process was optimized on the basis of proportion solidification theory combined with the CAE software
and qualified planet gear frame was produced successfully.
