摘要

以压铸模具优化选材、结构设计及模具报价等权威知识和专家经验为基础

建立了压铸模具材料知识库、设计知识库和报价知识库

设计了主要由选材模块、设计模块、报价模块和知识模块组成的人机界面

通过人机界面与知识库的连接

最终开发出了压铸模具专家系统。

Abstract

Basing on die casting mold optimal selection

structure design and die offer of the authority knowledge and expert experience

we estabished die-casting die material knowledge base

design knowledge base and offer knowledge base.Human-machine interface was designed which mainly included material selection module

design module

offer module and knowledge module.Casting die material selection and auxiliary design expert system was eventually developed through the man-machine interface and knowledge base connection.
